Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka had penalties saved by Manuel Neuer and Sergio Ramos blazed his effort over the bar as Bayern Munich triumphed 3-1 on spot-kicks at the Bernabeu on Wednesday night after the two sides were locked at 3-3 on aggregate, but Mourinho believes Real's season will still have been a success if they go on to win the championship.
